Information we collect
When you use the contact or inquiry form, we receive the details you choose to send: name, email address, telephone number, the service you are interested in, and your message. If you call, WhatsApp, or email us directly, we also receive whatever information you share in that conversation.
This website does not create user accounts, process online payments, or run advertising trackers. Technical data such as browser type and pages visited may be processed by our hosting provider as part of normal website operation and security.
How we use information
We use inquiry details to respond to you, prepare a site assessment or quotation, deliver and support our services, and keep records of work we have discussed or performed. We do not sell personal information.
The website inquiry form opens your own email client and sends the message to us. We then store and handle that correspondence as part of our client files.
Sharing and transfers
We share personal information only where needed to deliver a service you requested (for example a supplier or installer working on your project), where the law requires it, or with your consent. We do not disclose consumer information to unrelated third parties for marketing.
